I am a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) through the Nutritional Therapy Association, Certified Gluten Practitioner, Certified Autoimmune Paleo Coach and a classically trained chef (Leith’s School of Food & Wine, London). I am passionate about helping my clients reach their health goals through the use of nutrient dense, whole foods as medicine, always honouring bio-individuality as there is no “one size fits all” diet.

I specialize in gut health, autoimmune disease wellness and balancing blood sugar levels. As a total foodie, I want my clients to learn to love food again, at the same time as helping them heal.

NTPs look at the body as a whole, rather than just symptoms and where there is dysfunction, we start at the roots by assessing nutritional deficiencies in the body. We take a unique holistic hands-on approach with a Physical Functional Evaluation, which involves palpating various points of the body that relate to the organs, in order to determine which one has taken the biggest hit. This is followed by Lingual Neuro Testing using high quality supplements, a process which taps into the Brain-Organ connection and allows the body’s innate intelligence to say what it needs in order to heal. This enables me to create a tailored protocol, that the body itself has chosen. I can also check the body’s reaction to specific foods that might be standing in the way of healing. By achieving balance within the body, it is possible to live a far happier, energetic and more carefree life.

As an Autoimmune Paleo Coach, I also help those with autoimmune disease to achieve wellness through diet and lifestyle. I do this by using the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), a proven elimination diet that removes those foods known to cause stress to the gut, focuses on healing the digestive tract and then adding foods back in. My role as coach involves helping people to navigate the protocol, reintroduce foods and troubleshoot where necessary.
